Christine graduated from Brock University with a BA (Hons) in Psychology. Her undergraduate work utilized electroencephalography (EEGs) to investigate memory and attention systems. As the research coordinator for the lab, Christine was the primary contact for people interested in participating in any of our research studies. She assisted with research and evaluation of the Integra Mindfulness Martial Arts (MMA)™  program, a treatment for youth with learning disabilities and mental health problems. She was also involved with research on integrative treatment programs for mothers with substance abuse issues and their children. She is particularly interested in using EEGs to examine the underlying neural mechanisms which modulate improvements in behavioral inhibition.

Congratulations to Christine for winning “Best Poster” at the OPA Summit on Innovation in Psychology!
