Alison is in the second year of her Masters in Clinical Psychology at Ryerson University. Prior to Ryerson, Alison completed her BA in Psychology at Queen’s University, where she studied cognitive functioning in major depressive disorder. Alison is currently working on her Master’s thesis, which investigates how biased thinking relates to fatigue severity in people with insomnia symptoms. Alison is also a student assessor and therapist in the ongoing SAD Lab clinical trial of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia.
