Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia

The goal of our lab’s research is the successful treatment and prevention of chronic insomnia.  We are currently examining data from a CIHR-funded project investigating the efficacy of an evidence-based, frontline treatment for insomnia: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I).  Specifically, we are comparing long-term outcomes of individuals with insomnia who have received CBT-I compared to those with past insomnia and those with good sleep.  We are not currently recruiting participants with insomnia for this trial.  You may check back to this website for future possible recruitment projects.
