Getting Ready for Insomnia Treatment Study

The purpose of this study is to understand whether it makes a difference how people are prepared for insomnia treatment.

Participants will receive cognitive behavioural therapy for insomnia (CBT-I), which is a structured, frontline recommended treatment for chronic insomnia that was developed from research on what causes chronic insomnia and what works to fix it.
