Sanya worked as lab manager and research coordinator in the Cognitive Neuroscience Lab from 2014-2015. She holds a Masters of Applied Science in Psychology from the University of Waterloo, where she explored gender socialization cues in children’s literature. Currently, she is interested in studying language and memory deficits in patients with traumatic brain injuries as compared to those with psychological disorders, such as OCD and depression, as well as the effects of depression and anxiety on neurocognitive test performance. Sanya will be attending the University of Windsor for graduate studies in Clinical Neuropsychology in Fall 2015.
