Maria (with Dr. Lili Ma) received an NSERC Undergraduate Student Research Award (USRA) for the summer of 2016!

Congratulations to Kyla McDonald and Dr. Lili Ma on their recent publication “Preschoolers’ credulity toward misinformation from ingroup versus outgroup speakers” in the Journal of Experimental Child Psychology! You can read the article here.

In May, the ECC lab had the opportunity to present “Negativity bias in young children’s use of multiple source gossip to selectively learn from others” at the 28th annual convention of the Association for Psychological Science in Chicago, Illinois. You can read the poster here.
