I am a University of Toronto graduate with an Hon. B.Sc in Psychology and Biology. I joined the IMPACT Lab because I was intrigued by their research topics and methodology. My primary research interests include (1) determining how the factors of interpersonal relationships enhance or reduce wellbeing; (2) the biopsychosocial determinants and symptoms of mood disorders; and (3) how reactive and preventative treatments such as cognitive-behavioural therapy and mindfulness affect cognitive function in clinical and non-clinical populations. I am elated to be on the IMPACT team and look forward to contributing to the work done here!
