Having worked with the IMPACT lab throughout my PhD on Dr. Monson’s trial of Cognitive Behavioral Conjoint Therapy (CBCT) for PTSD as a therapist and assessor, I am thrilled to be the lab’s postdoctoral fellow. I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from Ryerson University in 2013, and currently hold a CIHR Postdoctoral Fellowship. My work focuses on the treatment and prevention of posttraumatic stress disorder, with a particular interest in novel combination interventions such as CBCT + MDMA, as well understanding and delivering trauma-competent care. I have done significant work with communities affected by HIV, and am particularly interested in the needs of women and interpersonal relationships.
