I first joined the IMPACT lab as a Lab Manager and I am so excited to now become the Couple HOPES Training Initiative Project Coordinator. I received my BA (Honours) in Psychology with a minor in Family and Child Studies from the University of Guelph, where my interest in mental health was bolstered with a passion for research. I have applied to graduate studies in clinical psychology to pursue this passion. My primary research interests include patient treatment outcomes for individuals with PTSD, eating disorders and other common comorbid conditions, as well as the role of family and close others in recovery. I am eager to learn more about evidence-based cognitive-behavioural therapies, namely CPT and CBCT for PTSD, in the IMPACT lab.
