Congratulations to SHiFT Lab member, Usra Leedham, for winning the Ryerson Gold Medal for the Faculty of Arts, the Ryerson Board of Governor’s Leadership Award and Medal, and the Governor General’s Academic Medal!!

The Ryerson Gold Medal is the university’s highest faculty-wide honour, granted to one graduating student for outstanding academic achievement and contributions to the life of the university, one’s profession, and the larger community.

The Ryerson Board of Governor’s Award and Medal is the university’s highest honour, granted to one graduating student – who is also a Gold Medal winner – for outstanding leadership qualities, academic achievement, and contributions to the larger community.

The Governor General’s Academic Award is granted to three students for highest academic standing university-wide at the undergraduate level.
