I am in the third year of the clinical psychology doctoral program at Ryerson University, supervised by Dr. Kristin Vickers. I received a bachelor of arts in psychology in 2008 from the University of Western Ontario, and a master of arts in clinical psychology in 2011 from Ryerson University. My research is focused on anxiety and stress reactivity in binge/purge disorders. In addition to my research, I work as a therapist for several ongoing insomnia treatment trials in the Sleep and Depression Laboratory at Ryerson University. My clinical interests include the assessment and treatment of insomnia, depression, anxiety, and eating disorders. I have completed additional clinical training at Toronto General Hospital (Eating Disorders Program), St. Joseph’s Healthcare Hamilton (Anxiety Treatment & Research Centre), Markham Stouffville Hospital (Child & Adolescent Family Services, Adult Outpatient Services), and St. Michael’s Hospital (Department of Community and Family Medicine).
