Lia joined the Cognitive Aging Lab in January 2018 as a practicum student/volunteer research assistant. She graduated in June 2018 from Ryerson University’s BA Psychology program, with a minor in Sociology. Prior to CAL, she has volunteered as a research assistant for Dr. Gurevich’s SHiFT lab from January 2017 to February 2018. She has experience in the use of statistical software such as SPSS, data entry and collection, coding, scoring, and transcribing. Lia also has experience in the use of qualitative data analysis computer software such as NVivo. Her research interests include quantitative psychology, industrial and organizational psychology as well as their intersection with disability.
