Position: Research Assistant

Somaia is going into her second year of Psychology in Fall 2020. She joined the Cognitive Aging Lab at the end of her first year in June 2020 as a research assistant. Somaia is a sincere person who continues to work on improving herself. She plans to pursue her education further after undergraduate studies to become a cognitive behavioural therapist. Her research interests include intellectual functioning, child development, memory, and trauma. Outside the Cognitive Aging Lab, Somaia enjoys baking, learning ASL, and watching skateboarding.
